- A letter of guarantee to Consulate from official travel company;
- Tour itinerary or program of stay in Ukraine;
- 1-3 passport photo (35x45 mm), depending on particular Consulate requirements;
- Completed visa application form with applicant’s signature;
- Visa fee (105 USD);
- Travel insurance policy;
- Copy of flight tickets.
An applicant has to visit local Ukrainian Consulate with this set of documents and apply for visa to Ukraine.
